Throughout 2019 and 2020 I was busy working on two exciting books, one for Bloomsbury Academic and the other for Batsford Books.

In September my third book, The Wolf Hall Companion, was published Batsford Books, and book 4 is on the horizon! You can also catch me on the three part Smithsonian series, "Henry VIII and the King's men" hosted by Dr Tracy Borman.

This year I am working on my fourth book for Bloomsbury Publishing, provisionally titled: Thunder Through The Realms: Five Kingdoms and the shaping of Early Modern Europe and I will be able to talk about that soon! In the meantime, you can also catch me on Hever Castle's fantastic new online subscription series: Inside Hever Castle, which allows viewers to explore this historic property from the comfort of your home. I was supposed to speak this year at St Peter's Church, Hever, for a very special evening to celebrate the Church's 900 year anniversary, but due to Covid, this event has been postponed to 2022.
For the last year, I have been a consultant and expert contributor for an exciting new three part series on the Boleyn family for BBC2, titled "The Boleyns: A Scandalous Family" The series draws on my research of the Boleyn men, and features a terrific lineup of historians and actors, telling the family's story through their eyes.
